Workouts will be organized and can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels. Everyone needs the same type of exercise just at different levels. Workouts will consist of exercises of various styles which will translate to everyday life and will be performed at an intensity that will provide results.
Workouts:
CrossFit Workouts will begin at the following times:
try to be 15 min. early to workouts for warm up and extra work on areas of challenge.
Monday - 6AM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Tuesday - 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM(Competition Workout)
Wednesday - 6AM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Thursday - 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM(competition Workout)
Friday - 6AM, 5:30 PM
Saturdays - 9 am - 10am - WOD

10 am - 12 pm - Open Gym
CrossFit Fundamental Workouts
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 6:30 PM
Saturdays - 10AM
Some Fundamental workouts can be done at the 6AM workouts, on a scheduled biases
Additional workouts as well as open gym will be added whenever possible. However, in some situations workouts may need to be canceled, in that case members will be notified as soon as possible.
An unlimited membership allows you to attend as many workouts as you desire, and any open gym time that is available.
